Our patient portal is OnPatient, from our electronic health record, DrChrono. Use it on the web or in the OnPatient app.
What you can do in the portal
- Fill out paperwork before your visit
- See upcoming appointments and check in online
- Schedule and cancel appointments
- Message your care team securely
- Update your contact and insurance information
- See your health record and visit summaries
- Manage a child’s record from your own account
- View statements and pay bills
Some features depend on the services you receive with us.
Getting access
- We send you an email invitation after your first appointment is booked.
- Open the email and choose Sign up. Create your password on OnPatient.
- Sign in any time at onpatient.com or in the app.
No invitation? Check your spam folder, then ask the front desk or call us to resend it. We’ll never ask for your portal password by phone or email.
