Which office has walk-in urgent care?
Dearborn, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, with no appointment needed. In-house CT and X-ray, labs, DOT physicals and occupational health. Spanish is spoken. Urgent care is not an emergency room: for chest pain, trouble breathing or signs of a stroke, call 911.
