Find the right care

Two quick questions point you to the right team, what to read first and the offices near you. This doesn't diagnose anything; your provider does that at your visit.

Call 911 or go to an emergency room now for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, trouble speaking), severe bleeding, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a serious head injury. Our offices, including urgent care, are not emergency rooms.

Common questions

Do I need a referral to be seen?

Many plans let you book directly. Some HMO plans and some auto and workers' comp claims need a referral or approval first; our team checks this before your visit.

What if I'm not sure which specialist I need?

Book with the team that fits best above, or call the office closest to you. Our departments share buildings and records, so we can move you to the right specialist without starting over.

Should I go to urgent care or book an appointment?

Use urgent care for a new injury or illness that needs attention today but isn't an emergency. Book an appointment for pain that has lasted a while, follow-up care, or treatment like injections, shockwave therapy or physical therapy.
